K&D Coach Installations – Terms & Conditions (Labor-Only Installs)

1. Scope of Service
K&D Coach Installations provides labor-only installation services for camera systems, DVRs, Wi-Fi equipment, monitors, outlets, and related components. The customer is responsible for supplying all required hardware and materials prior to scheduled installation.

2. Warranty
All labor performed is backed by a 90-day Limited Labor Warranty. This covers workmanship (wiring, mounting, etc.) only — not issues related to customer-supplied equipment, damage, or misuse.

3. Travel Fees
A travel fee of $1.50 per mile (round trip) will apply for on-site work beyond 25 miles from Winter Garden, FL.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise. Accepted: cash, check, ACH, or business card.

5. Rescheduling or Cancellations
Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours may incur a $100 fee. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety, access, or weather.

6. Equipment Responsibility
K&D is not liable for non-functional or incomplete customer-supplied gear. All equipment must be install-ready.

7. Liability
K&D is not liable for vehicle damage unless caused by gross negligence. Please inspect work before payment.

8. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may change based on fleet size or conditions.
